“Speak a new language so that the world will be a new world.”

‒Rumi

Mrs. Cuplin

Mrs. Cuplin has taught French and/or Spanish for the past 19 years. As a teenager, she traveled abroad as an exchange student to France and lived there for a year. During that year, she went to high school and completed her junior year at the Lycee Baudimont in Arras, France.

Over the course of the year, she became fluent in French and then decided to major in French later at Frostburg University. While at Frostburg, she also began to study Spanish and had the opportunity to study abroad yet again in Ecuador, at the Centro de Estudios Interamericanos. She graduated from Frostburg with a degree in French and Secondary Education and a Minor in Spanish. She has since gone on to earn her Master's degree in Education.
